Dr Chelsea Houston
Registered Osteopath
Chelsea graduated from RMIT University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Her journey into osteopathy was inspired by her personal experiences with sports injuries while playing netball, as well as a strong desire to help others achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
Those early experiences sparked her interest in the human body’s ability to heal and recover, fueling her commitment to pursue a career in osteopathic medicine.

In addition to her degree, Chelsea furthered her professional development by completing the Level 1 Myofascial Cupping and Dry Needling courses in late 2024. These certifications have enhanced her skill set, enabling her to incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques into her treatments, allowing for a holistic approach to patient care.

During Chelsea's studies, she gained hands on experience working as a sports trainer for a local football team, where she was responsible for providing injury management and recovery support.
This role involved performing hands on massage, applying therapeutic taping, and providing acute injury care to athletes, which further honed her practical skills in managing both sports-related injuries and general musculoskeletal conditions. This approach not only helps patients recover but also supports them in maintaining long term health and well being.

Outside of Chelsea's professional life, she is passionate about fitness and physical health. She enjoy's running and regularly attend the gym to maintain her own physical wellness. Chelsea also loves spending quality time with her dogs and watching AFL, which provides her with a balance of relaxation and personal enjoyment.
