All payments are due on the day of your consultation. Standard consultation fees will apply. Please note that our clinic does not directly bill third parties. Any financial reimbursements or claims related to services provided must be coordinated between you and the relevant organization using the payment invoice/receipt issued.

Pension/Concession/CDM Medicare Referral 
If you are a pensioner/concession cardholder, or you're using a CDM Medicare referral from your GP, you will be eligible for a discounted appointment. Please ensure you bring your relevant government issued card or referral to qualify for applicable reductions.

Missed Appointments
In the event of a missed appointment, a standard consultation fee will be charged.

Appointment Cancellations 
A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee.
